  • When the cash is paid

    You're both eligible after the new customer's services have been installed for 60 days without cancelling. Payout via Aklamio can take up to 3 months after installation. Claim within 12 months of purchase.

  • What's not included

Is there a Virgin Media referral code?

If you're ordering online, there's no referral code to enter — Virgin Media uses a personalised referral link instead. How much can we earn?

When will the £50 cash be paid?

Your friend is eligible for the reward at the same time as you. After they've had their services installed for 60 days without cancelling, you're both eligible. In some cases it can take up to 3 months after installation for Aklamio to credit the reward. Aklamio will contact you when rewards are confirmed, and you can have it paid into your bank account or PayPal. Rewards must be claimed within 12 months of the new customer's original purchase date.

Who manages the referral rewards?

The referral scheme is managed by Virgin Media's partner, Aklamio. You can check your referrals, status and rewards by signing into your Aklamio referral account. Aklamio does not facilitate Virgin Media bill credits or Amazon vouchers — payouts are cash via BACS or PayPal.

Can my friend get Virgin Media in their area?

Availability depends on postcode and address. If you're not sure, visit the Virgin Media shop and check which services they can get.

What if I don't want to use a referral link?

That's completely fine — you can sign up directly via the main Virgin Media website. Just note that no cash reward will be applied for either of us.
